Celebrated in the 1700s, this traditional holiday continues to live on at the Fortress of Louisbourg. You’ll find yourself surrounded by period military demonstrations, parades, performers, food, music and dancing. Taking you back to the 21^st century, we will host two concerts (evening of August 22^nd and afternoon of August 23^rd) on our one-of-a-kind outdoor stage- set in North America’s largest historical reconstruction!

What to bring: A chair for the outdoor concert(s), cash to purchase special goods at the vendor’s village.
