A beautiful coastal trail, which is maintained by Coastal Connection Trail Association, a volunteer organization set up to develop coastal trails. A very picturesque trail, which runs five kilometers down the coast. Benches have been places for people to rest, while interpretive panels describe the geology, nature and historical significance of the area. The first 1 1/2 kilometers of the trail is covered with pea gravel, allowing motorized wheelchairs access. This is a must for anyone visiting Cape Breton Island.
